Editing LUNs
You can use the
LUN properties
dialog box to change the name, description, size, space reservation setting, or the mapped initiator hosts of a LUN.
About this task
Attention:
If you resize a LUN and that in turn shrinks the LUN, your data might be truncated and you might lose data.
Steps
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
In the navigation pane,
click
Storage
>
LUNs
.
3.
Click
LUN Management
.
4.
Select the LUN that you want to edit from the list of LUNs, and click
Edit
.
5.
Make the changes as required.
6.
Click
Save and Close
to save your changes and close the dialog box.
